When you’re ready and prepared, select and purchase a cohort. Once enrolled, you’ll have access to pretest opportunities and a 10-week tutorial course with our education team in our learning management software. Please note that attending live virtual tutorials is mandatory to qualify for the Certification Assessment.

Assessment Requirements:

• Achieve 80% or higher on the Written Assessment
• Score 40 or higher out of 50 on the Case Study Assessment
• Score 108 or higher out of 134 on the Performance Assessment

You’ll be notified within two weeks of your pass/fail status. Upon passing, you’ll receive a digital badge, an 8.5 x 11 etched glass certificate (larger sizes available), a listing in our consumer directory, and access to the BCH community page. If any part of the assessment is not passed, you’ll only need to retake the portions that require improvement.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive links granting access to your content and guiding you through next steps.

You’ll have one year from your certification assessment results to submit for re-examination if needed. After this period, candidates must restart the process.
