HOW TO TRANSFER OR CANCEL CERTIFICATION ASSESSMENT ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION
Cancelling enrollment and participation in Certification Assessment
Transfer your enrollment and participation to another group assessment date
If you chose to transfer your participation and enrollment date BEFORE the start date of the original cohort group | $200 |
If you chose to transfer your participation and enrollment date 3 weeks after the start date of the original cohort group | $300 |
If you chose to transfer your participation and enrollment date 6 weeks after the start date of the original cohort group | $400 |
If you chose to transfer your participation and enrollment date 7 weeks after the start date of the original cohort group | $1800 |
What to do when life happens.
Certification Assessment fees are not refundable and will be applied to the scheduled certification assessment group.
If you do not attend your scheduled certification assessment, or if you arrive late, your certification assessment fee will be forfeited. To be rescheduled you must submit a new registration application and another certification assessment fee.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled examination due to an emergency situation, you must provide written documentation. The following situations may be considered for rescheduling:
Documentation must be emailed to enrollment@boardofcertifiedhaircolorists.com within 24 hours after your scheduled certification assessment for
review. If approved, you will be notified and permitted to reschedule your examination. Examinations
may be rescheduled one time only due to a documented and approved emergency situation.
